MOVEMENT STUDIO

Our Pilates studio is built to help get you moving, explore shapes, and move naturally with freedom.

Our diverse range of classes cater to all levels, from playful beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Our Movement Studio fuses the old with the new, the classical with the modern, and movement with freedom.

As Joseph Pilates once said:

"Change happens through movement, and movement heals"

Our 50 min classes are a mix of classical Pilates and new modern dynamic Reformer Pilates. We aim to improve your movement, improve muscle awareness and activation, activate your core and its POWERHOUSE, and find alignment and balance in the way your body moves. Designed in 11 week cycles by our head of Pilates Sam Burch, to help you learn, progress and move better!

The outcome is more flexibility, improved muscle activation increased range of movement,

and a healthier, more mobile life!
