MINDBODY STUDIO

The better you take care of your mind, the better your body will perform. Our MindBody Studio runs multiple wellness classes including various disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Myofascial Release, all utilising the latest infrared heating technology.

Our MindBody Studio is a place to connect with people and to connect with yourself.

We run a mix of COOL (room temp), WARM (28°), and HOT (40°) sessions to cater to all levels. Our amazing Yoga sessions run in 11-week cycles, to match our Performance and Movement studios. With an 'Asana in Focus' where we progress our practices towards a common theme through a range of Level #1 and Level #2 (advanced) sessions.
