Mondays 4 PM - 4.50 PM - Strength and Conditioning with Jase. Learn the core primal movement patterns of squat, lunge, lift, press, pull, and rotate in a dynamic and fun environment

Wednesdays 4 PM - 4.50 PM - Boxing with Jase Learn the basics of boxing, self-defense, and boxing fitness in these challenging and fun sessions

Suitable for ages 12 - 17

$15 per session/week or $25 for both sessions

Sessions run ongoing throughout the year
REDEFINED KIDS

Tuesdays 3.45 PM - 4.35 PM with Jase

Running in 10-week blocks during the school terms

Learn the essence of fundamental primal movement patterns mixed with fun games and mindfulness

Suitable for ages 7 - 12

$15 per session by direct debit or $150 for the block of 10
