Does membership include
access to all classes?
Yes! All Thrive & Vitality memberships and casual options give you full access to ALL classes.
A 'MindBody' membership gives you access to Yoga and Mat Pilates classes only in the MindBody studio.
Can I put my
membership on hold?
Yes! You can put your membership on hold when away for things such as work, travel, or sickness by emailing us. We ask for 14 days notice for holds, and all holds must be for a mimimum of 14 days and in 7-day intervals after thereafter. Please note that holds can’t be placed during a cancelation notice period.
Is there a discount for
paying upfront?
Yes! All Mindbody/Vitality/Thrive memberships 5, 10 15% discount when paying upfront for 3, 6, or 12 months memberships!

What is the different between Thrive and Vitality memberships?
All memberships give you full access to all classes.
Vitality includes awesome add-ons, such as monthly bio scans and coach catch ups, plus unlimited Infrared Sauna and Ice Bath use!
What if I only want to train sporadically or once or twice per week?
We have flexible options! 10, 25 or 50 visit passes are great for training sporadically, and if you only want to train twice per week then we have an options for this also, with our two per week membership. All options give access to the ReDefined app.
Do I have to sign
a contract?
We are flexible and give options to suit you! For all Vitality and Thrive memberships, you can choose a minimum 12-month term or flexible term (30 notice to cancel). Flexible memberships are $7 more per week. Choose whatever suits you best.
Can I use the space to do my own
workouts?
Yes, with a Thrive or Vitality membership, you can use the Results Room Open Gym for your own training at any time, if you just want to use the space alone and no classes.
From May 2025 we will also include virtual classes in these memberships.
